The battery of the Jackery charging station discharges too quickly

1. Check the presence of external powerful electrical devices connected to the Jackery charging station. If the power of the connected electrical appliance is approximately equal to the capacity of the station's battery Jackery, the battery will discharge in about 1 hour.
2. Perform a full charge Jackery and discharge to calibrate the charging Jackery station battery.

Unable to fully charge Jackery to 100%

• Calibrate the Jackery station battery by performing three full charges and discharges.

The Jackery portable charging station automatically turns off

1. When the battery of the Jackery charging station needs recharging.
2. If there is no consumption for a long time, the Jackery station is automatically turned off.
3. Check the settings or the Jackery instructions for the waiting time.
4. There are problems at the Jackery component level, due to which the station automatically shuts down.
5. Overheating of the system board of the Jackery charging station, battery or other components.
6. Failures are caused by improper operation of the firmware, components.

The Jackery portable charging station does not work or does not turn on

1. Check if it is caused by low Jackery battery. If so, charge and turn on the Jackery charging station again. If charging fails, follow charging failure instructions and manufacturer's recommendations.
2. If there is no response after a short or long press of the main power button Jackery, contact the manufacturer's support or our Jackery after-warranty service center.

Jackery AC (220V AC) or DC (12V,5V DC) output overload

1. Check whether the power of the connected device corresponds to the power range of the Jackery charging station.
2. The power of the electrical equipment is too large, because of which Jackery does not work.
3. The DC/car charger output is overloaded. Make sure the rated current of the device is less than 8A. If the current is higher, it will cause overload Jackery and the charger may overheat.
4. The DC-USB-Type C output is overloaded. Check that the electrical equipment meets the limits of the Jackery charging station.
